Use Outlook email
Read Outlook email inside Maximizer Enterprise while maintaining the same look and feel and folder structure that you are used to. Maximizer Enterprise automatically matches the email sender to a contact in your database so you can save relevant mesages to customer records. Because you want to track all incoming and outgoing communication, Maximizer Enterprise lets you easily reply to messages just as you would with Outlook, while also saving them in the customer record.

Access Outlook contacts
If you have an address book in Outlook already set up, or are using Outlook for internal contacts, Maximizer Enterprise lets you access them when composing and sending email.

Synchronize calendars
All calendar appointments are synchronized between Outlook and Maximizer Enterprise, so if you only have one application running, you are still alerted of all scheduled meetings. Plus, schedule meetings for Outlook users in your organization who may not have Maximizer Enterprise.
